Organize
Organize PDF pages
Rearrange, rotate, delete, and sort PDF pages, add blank pages, and combine files into one new PDF. Free, no upload, runs in your browser.
How to organize a PDF
Three steps, and your files stay on your device the whole time.
- 1
Drop one or more PDF files into the drop box
Or click to browse for them. Nothing is uploaded.
- 2
Drag pages into order, and rotate or remove what you like
Add blank pages, or sort in one click: reversed, odd then even, interleaved.
- 3
Click Save and download the new PDF
Your originals stay as they were.
When to organize a PDF
Scanners, printers, and exports rarely put pages exactly where you want them. These are the usual fixes.
A double sided scan done in two passes
A scanner that reads one side at a time gives all the fronts, then all the backs. Interleave takes the two halves and puts every back after its front.
Pages that came out of order
Drag any page to where it belongs, or pick several and move them together. On a phone, pick pages and tap the spot they should go.
Sideways and upside down pages
Turn the pages that were scanned the wrong way, and remove the blank or spoiled ones. A removed page stays dimmed until you save, and a click puts it back.
One document from several files
Add every PDF, then move any page anywhere, from one file into the middle of another. The result is a single new PDF in exactly your order.
Blank pages for printing
Add a blank page after each page for notes, or before each file to keep the parts apart in a printed stack. Blank pages take the size of the first page.
No catch
Organize as many PDFs as you like

Organizing PDFs, answered
Your files stay privateAre my files uploaded anywhere?+
No. Everything happens in your browser. Your PDFs never leave your device.
Is it free to organize PDF pages here?+
Yes. There is no watermark, no file limit, and no account. The work happens in your browser, so there is nothing for us to charge for.
What can I do to the pages?+
Drag them into any order, rotate them, remove them, duplicate them, add blank pages, and sort them: reversed, odd then even, interleaved, or back to the original order.
Can I organize pages from several PDFs at once?+
Yes. Add as many files as you like. Files view orders whole documents; Pages view lets you move any page anywhere.
How do I fix a double sided scan?+
If the scan holds all the fronts and then all the backs, use Interleave. It takes the first half and the second half of the pages and alternates them. If the backs came out in reverse, reverse the second half first.
How big can a blank page be?+
A blank page takes the size of the first page in the new PDF, so it fits the rest of the document.
Can I organize a password protected PDF?+
Yes, if you know the password. Type it when the file is added. The new PDF has no password; use Protect PDF afterward to add one.
Will the new PDF keep its quality?+
Yes. Pages are copied as they are, with fonts, images, and links intact. Nothing is re-rendered or compressed.
Does it work on iPhone, Android, Mac, and Windows?+
Yes. It runs in any current browser, Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox, on a computer, a phone, or a tablet. There is nothing to install and no account to make.
Is there a file size limit?+
No. There is no set limit and no daily cap. Your own device does the work, and files of a few hundred megabytes are fine on a laptop.
