ElectricPDF offers PDF tools that run in your browser. They are free to use, with no account. We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time.

Your files remain yours. The tools process them on your device, and we never receive them. Keep a copy of any original you care about: a tool writes a new file, and you are responsible for checking it before you rely on it.

Use the tools only on files you own or have the right to change.

• Remove a password, a restriction, or a watermark only when you have the right to do so.
• Do not use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights, including copyright.
• Do not disrupt the site, overload it, or try to get around its security.

The site and the tools are provided as is and as available. We work to make them correct and reliable, but we do not promise that every result will be right, that the site will always be available, or that it will be free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, Electric PDF, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before it, or 50 US dollars.

The site's design, text, code, and the ElectricPDF name belong to Electric PDF, LLC. The open source libraries the tools use remain under their own licenses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them or the site is heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
