How to remove pages from a PDF

Three steps, and your file stays on your device the whole time.

  1. 1

Drop a PDF into the drop box

Or click to browse for it. Nothing is uploaded.

  2. 2

Click the pages you want to delete

Or type a range like 2, 5-7. Each marked page gets a red cross.

  3. 3

Click Remove and download the new PDF

The rest keep their order. Your original file stays as it was.

When to remove pages from a PDF

Most PDFs carry a page or two nobody needs. These are the usual ones.

Blank pages from a scan

A double sided scan of single sided paper leaves a blank after every page. Click the blanks, or type them as a range, and they are gone from the new file.

A page that should not be shared

Take out the page with your account number or a private note before you send the rest. The page is not hidden or covered; it is simply not in the new file.

Cover pages and terms

Exports and statements often start with a cover and end with pages of fine print. Remove them and keep the part that matters.

Pages that came through twice

A jam in the feeder or a merge done twice leaves the same page in the file twice. Mark the extra copies and save one clean PDF.

A smaller file to send

Every page removed makes the PDF smaller. The size of the new file shows under the button before you save.

No catch
